Please ensure you return your unused goods, as sold. This includes original packaging, tags and labels, within 14 days of order date.
We will process your return and determine if you are eligible to receive a full refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days on which you gave us notice of cancellation. If we determine a full refund, we will refund the price of the product in full but are unable to cover any delivery charges.
If we believe you are not eligible for a full refund we will contact you using the contact details provided. (Perishable items, personalised items, sale / discounted items and earrings are not eligible for refund.)
Prom / Evening wear
All prom dresses are ordered specifically for you. Please not that we do not exchange or refund Prom and evening wear due to it being ordered in specially. Please make sure you have the correct size and style before placing your order. If you are unsure please call the shop for more information 01482 493227.
3 Month payment plans are available in store, we only require a 25% deposit to secure the dress. All deposits and instalments are non refundable.
We have many more styles and colours in store for you to try on. We also stick to the 'One dress per school' policy making sure that no double dress fashion faux pas occurs!
*Please note, due to the delicate nature of our dresses, items that are damaged in the course of normal wear will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please make sure you look after your dress. Faulty items need to be reported within 24hours of you receiving your item.
